The original idea
I'm Michael LaPeter — an active real-estate agent and a software person. Back in 2008 the only way to publish a "single property website" was a $300 setup from a marketing vendor that took two weeks and looked like it. I wanted something I could spin up in five minutes for the next listing.
What started as my own toolkit turned into a small business: 21,000+ listing sites have lived on the platform across nearly two decades of seller marketing.
What changed in 2026
The single-page listing site is still the foundation. But what an agent really needs in 2026 isn't another brochure URL — it's a tireless assistant that answers buyer questions in chat and SMS, qualifies leads, and books showings, so you can focus on closing.
So we rebuilt the platform around exactly that. Every active listing now ships with an AI sales agent powered by Claude, grounded in your listing's real data, with fair-housing guardrails built in. Real conversations with buyers land in your inbox; you decide which to take from there.
What we stand for
- Agents come first. Tools should make your day shorter, not longer.
- Fair housing matters. The AI refuses steering questions and redirects to objective sources. Always. No "configurable" weakening.
- No contracts. Cancel anytime, your listings stay live through the billing period.
- Simple pricing. Two tiers. No setup fees, no surprise overage charges. Free trial.
- Build less, ship more. We say no to feature requests that don't move buyers closer to showings.
Who's behind this
My Single Property Websites is run by Resonant Properties, a small San Francisco-based real estate technology company. We've built tools for agents and brokers since 2008.
It's a small team. When you email us, a real person reads it.
