Kitchen is fully appointed with brand new appliances and has a Keurig for those wanting their morning coffee. Dining table comfortably seats 10. Family room w/ 55" Smart TV. Theater-style bonus room with 70" Smart TV. Stunning neighborhood is great for taking walks and going on bike rides. Home is walking distance to 44th St and Camelback where you can find a fabulous selection of both high end and casual restaurants. Pool is not fenced unless our guests schedule a stay with children 6 years and younger.
