I have been actively involved in various aspects of the real estate industry for over 20 years.  This has including owning and managing commercial and residential real estate, property management and finally, residential real estate sales. 

Although I spend a lot of time keeping track of all of the new construction communities in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast (check out my neu.construction website), I am a full service realtor and will work with you to define and meet your real estate goals, regardless of your situation.  This includes selling your home, buying a home, bank owned properties, investment properties or rentals.

My style is a bit different than many agents and I may not be the right agent for you.  I am not a salesman.  My approach is to help you get the information you need so you can make an informed decision before entering a real estate transaction.  I would rather not make a sale, than have you regret the purchase you make.  I work primarily via email and in face to face conversations.  I do not make a lot of phone calls and you will not get phone calls from me on a weekly basis to find out how you are.  I respond to any calls I get promptly and I will call if there is something where a timely response is important.  But I would much rather develop a relationship of trust through providing value and having a discussion over a cup of coffee.
