Gretchen Keyser, Atlanta-North Metro District Director and Associate Broker, became a real estate professional after a 20 year career in Marketing and Sales. She won the Rookie of the Year and President's Club Awards. She achieved Million Dollar Club Life Membership in the Atlanta Board of REALTORS. She opened a new brokerage in 2007 and in 2009 opened Key Realty, which has now merged into Fathom Realty. She received her Brokers license in 1997. She is a graduate of the inaugural class of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Leadership Development Course, an Accredited Buyers Representative, an Accredited Sellers Representative, Accredited Relocation Consultant, Certified Relocation Consultant, HUD One America At Home with Diversity certified, Certified eBuyer agent, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Atlanta Board of REALTORS Professional Standards Committee, and Black Belt Trainer. She enjoys living and working in Johns Creek, spending time working with St. Luke's Presbyterian Church in Dunwoody and volunteering as Board President-Elect for Family Promise of North Fulton/DeKalb, a non-profit working to re-home homeless children and families.
