        Ms. Adžem’s remarkable journey – from a teenager who survived the Siege of Sarajevo and the Bosnian War, to a nationally recognized real estate expert and executive —is a testament to the character, commitment and perseverance that makes her one of the top businesswomen in Florida.

    Since joining Douglas Elliman in 2006 from Corcoran Group Real Estate, where she spent five years as a Top 1 percent sales producer, Ms. Adžem’s informed insights into the luxury market and a penchant for delivering profit gains to her clients have made her a record-setting real estate broker.

        Ms. Adžem, who has an MBA in real estate development, is a former vice president at Trump International and the creative force behind marketing Donald J. Trump’s condominium developments. She also spent time with the Frankel Group, a New York-based strategic consultancy and venture capital firm. Ms. Adžem lives her life by the mantra “doing well by doing good”; she’s an avid supporter of causes that empower children, including Florence Fuller Child Development Centers in Boca Raton and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, of which she is a board member.
