Nicole got into the real estate industry in 1987 as an assistant to her grandmother who was a real estate broker and a legend of sorts in the Denver real estate market at the time. While working with and for her Grandmother, Nicole developed a revere for the fundamentals and complexity of the real estate transaction, problem-solving, and creating smooth transactions. From her Grandmother, Nicole also developed an immense sense of responsibility for her Clients, empathy for each of their unique needs and goals, and pride in conducting herself to the highest standards of practice.
In 1991, Nicole first obtained her real estate license and went on to obtain her Employing Level, Managing Broker License as well. She continues to elevate her Client's experiences in real estate transactions, and revels in creating simple solutions to difficult problems.
Nicole was taught three things at the beginning of her career: If you choose real estate as a career path - dedicate your all to it. And that's what she does. If you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that's what she did. he worked hard.
It's easy to be liked, it's hard to be respected. Every interaction you have with anyone is an opportunity to earn their respect. She takes that advice to heart with clients, friends, family, and industry peers alike.
As her career advanced, Nicole found her stride working with commercial real estate sales and leasing and in all areas of residential real estate sales, but especially transactions that require her exceptional problem-solving skills, such as specializing in selling during a Divorce, selling when in an Estate, Selling and Relocating, selling to avoid Foreclosure and more!
Ask any one of Nicole's clients, and they'll tell you that she is knowledgeable, trustworthy, empathetic, problem-solving, dedicated, and hard-working. She will get the job done for you smoothly and professionally.
