Montura Ranch Estates is a rural community of South Central Florida in Hendry County residing between the cities of Clewiston and LaBelle. Centrally located within 1-1.5 hours from Miami, Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Port Charlotte and Okeechobee.
The Community offers a Clubhouse featuring a swimming pool, recreation facilities, parks, playground and basketball courts. The community center also hosts afterschool programs and summer camps for kids and the Early Childhood Center is next door.
Montura Ranch Estates is Zoned RRF (Rural Residential Farm). After a residence is established on the property, farm animals and livestock are permitted and crops may be grown for personal use
Vacant Residential Lots are between 1-1.25 acres and are primarily wooded, raw land. Some you will find have partial or full clearing. Once a residence is approved through Planning and Zoning, electric service may be established through Glades Electric, and water service requires installation of a well and septic tank.
