About Jon Kolb

Since 1998 I've worked in the Financial field and Real Estate business adjacently, Starting my career out in the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Having a strong financial background has paid dividends in making quality investments decisions in Real Estate along the way building a sizable portfolio of investment properties. In 2016 I moved with the Family, wife and two great kids to the greater Sarasota area, chasing the dream of sunshine and outdoor living.

I enjoy working with clients in the real estate market, finding their dream home or making sound investment decisions. Optimizing the purchase of a home includes understanding market conditions and appropriate pricing. Selling homes with clients, I tend to take a modern approach with technology advancements to create buzz around the property. For each home listed, with the sellers approval, I will create a custom web page for the home. All in all, I work to reduce the level of stress involved in real estate, creating communication channels, lining up all the steps necessary, and get deals to the closing table appropriately. In the end the job is rewarding if my client is happy with the end results as compared to the goals we set on day one.
