Just a Bit About Me:
Even though I was born and raised in Wisconsin, I found my way to the Great State of TEXAS as quick as I could! Basically, I lived my entire adult life in Texas. Raised 3 children here, and now have 8 grandchildren (yea!).

I have online tools available to search through true, valid and accurate stats about any market area in Texas. No, not the "guess-timated" stuff you find from 3rd parties that don't actually sell real estate and don't have legal access to the real data. (Keep in mind, Texas is a "non-disclosure" state where it is illegal to publicly disclose individual sale prices). Even the somewhat narrow view of a local MLS does not show you the full picture.
