How to Post Your Real Estate Listings To Facebook

Posting your real estate listings to facebook is easier than you think!

Posting to facebook is actually surprisingly easy. In fact, it's the same way you would post a link to any web page. Before getting started, decide which page you'd like to link.

A single property website works great if you have one for your listing, but a link to your listing on any website will probably work just as well. Here's how to get started:

1) Log in to Facebook Real Estate, and under your status bar click the arrow to attach a link:

2) In the drop down menu, click the "link" button and paste in your property's URL:

3) Click the "attach" button, then the "share" button to post it. Thats it! Here's an example:

The key thing to think about when you post your real estate listing to facebook, is what will happen when the visitor clicks that links and looks at your listing? Is your contact info on that page, or are you linking to a place such as zillow or your broker's website that shows another agent's info? You don't want all your hard work to go down the drain, and it will if people are contacting a different agent! That is why many agents use a single property website and they direct all their online traffic to that. If you don't know what a single property website is, watch the video below:
