Biography John C. Berry

John C. Berry, Broker Associate with Fathom Realty, brings 17 years of real estate experience, serving a discerning clientele and specializing in the needs of the discriminating buyer and seller. His specialty is customer service, excelling in all areas of client communication and maintaining the utmost professionalism and discretion, working with high profile individuals from CEOs to elected officials and professional athletes.

In addition to being a Licensed broker in the State of Florida, Berry is also the managing broker for Colorado Luxury Realty in Denver, Colorado, and maintains an office there as well. Berry is a member of The Florida Association of Realtors and the Orlando Regional Realtors Association. In addition, Berry maintains a membership in The Denver Metro Association of Realtors, The Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, The Colorado Association of Realtors and also The National Association of Realtors. His background includes serving as a member of the Colorado Association of Realtors Legislative Policy Committee and also as the past president of his homeowners’ association.

Prior to starting his own real estate brokerage, Berry was a broker associate with Keller Williams-DTC, the top producing Keller Williams office in the state of Colorado. While at Keller Williams, John won a Bronze Award for top production volume and several monthly top producer awards. Previously, Berry worked for the office of Gov. Bill Owens for nearly five years, serving first as policy analyst in the Governor's Office and later as Deputy Director for Business Development in the Office of Innovation and Technology. Berry was responsible for creating new technology partnerships between the State of Colorado and high-tech corporations located within and outside of Colorado. He assisted with the relocation and expansion of many corporations and regularly worked with key elected officials, from local dignitaries to international leaders. Additionally, Berry served on numerous committees and boards on behalf of the Governor.

In 2013, Berry became an investor in a new concept restaurant in Denver, called Work & Class. The restaurant has been named one of Denver’s top new restaurants and has achieved national acclaim, with a James Beard Award-nominated chef.

Berry holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The University of Colorado. A Colorado resident for 28 years, Berry now lives with his wife, Dana and their two sons Connor and Lawson, in Windermere, Florida. Berry is active with his sons, who are involved with soccer, flag football and Boy Scouts of America, and enjoys golf and fishing.
