About Katherine Smith

Katherine Smith was born and raised in Bowling Green, Kentucky and attended Western Kentucky University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communications. The skills gained from her degree give her a unique insight into how to work and communicate with buyers and sellers. While attending Western Kentucky, Katherine also served her sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi, in many leadership roles. Shortly after graduation, Katherine moved to Destin, Florida for two years before ultimately moving to Nashville in 2015 where she has since decided to plant her roots.

Coming from a background of project management, interior design and budget management; Katherine bears the skills learned in that experience when working with her real estate clients. She has earned real-life experience working with architects, builders, contractors, auctioneers and interior designers that make her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers even beyond the buying or selling of their homes. She has an eye for design, excels in managing budgets and thoroughly enjoys helping people create a space made to suit their lifestyle.

She is married and lives in Nashville with her husband, Austin and their two dogs, Nugget and Raisin. She enjoys spending her free time traveling when she can (Italy is her favorite country), attending concerts with her husband and friends and finding the best restaurants in Nashville!
