What’s your draw to St. Petersburg? For Kiona Singleton, who moved from Charlotte, North Carolina, it was the festivals, fairs, and markets that go on year-round. She and her son love being outdoors, enjoying the sunlight and warm Tampa Bay breezes. Kiona fell head-over-heels for the area’s amazing beaches and access to both the Gulfside and the Bay, not to mention St. Pete’s laid-back vibe and close proximity to Tampa for Professional Sports outings. The cherry on top of St. Petersburg’s beautiful location and natural destinations is the plethora of beautiful parks that St. Pete has to offer.

As the daughter of a career Air Force soldier, Kiona moved a lot during her childhood, so it seemed only natural that she would go into the real estate business. After receiving her Bachelor's of Business Administration degree (concentration in Management), she went on to get her real estate and broker's licenses. Having been in the business for 12+ years, Kiona has always felt a great passion for witnessing buyers' and sellers' dreams come true.
