have enjoyed living in Virginia Beach now for over 35 years. I can't imagine a nicer place to live and raise a family. In 1982, my wife and I move across country from California to Virginia.  Our desires were simple.  I wanted to live on the water, my wife wanted a home surrounded by trees.  We found both in Kings Grant, a community within Virginia Beach.  I still have the same passion for the area as I did three decades ago.

There are many such communities in the Hampton Roads area.  Hampton Roads offers so much more, like boating, fishing and all forms of water sports.  You have access to the Ocean, Bay and numerous fresh water lakes.  If golf is your game, there are many both public and private golf courses throughout the area. The area is rich in Historical landmarks and is the home to the nation’s largest navel base
