About Jessica Fitch Sulzen

As a North Carolina native, I am very proud of our state and all we have to offer those who live, work, and visit here. I truly enjoy helping others learn about the area and assisting them in finding a place to call their own. Seeing people happy and forming lasting relationships is what I look forward to with clients.
I have always enjoyed the real estate industry and began my experience working as a REALTOR® assistant during college. After college, I transitioned into working with Triangle Multiple Listing Service and later oversaw the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS® as their Executive Officer. I have worked in the high-tech industry leading complex corporate product and service sales transactions. My experience allows me to assist clients in navigating the complexities of real estate contracts and the buying and selling process.
I bring a calm and steady approach to high pressure situations resolving issues in a timely manner with desirable outcomes. Those that I work with appreciate my honesty, integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence in making every client interaction a positive one for all parties involved.
I have two incredible children and a wonderful husband. They are my heart. I enjoy all things outdoors-especially hiking, running, and playing tennis. ACC College football and basketball games are rarely missed at our house. Cooking for family and friends and sewing are passions of mine. I am actively involved in my church, community, non-profit organizations, and social groups.
