Matthew, a passionate and driven Realtor, grew up playing sports at a very successful level and was inducted into his high school football hall of fame in Kentucky. Matthew has taken that same commitment to mastery and “work harder than the rest” mentality and specializes in real estate negotiations and getting the best home at the best price for his clients.

Matt's unique coaching mentality is a resource to the Charleston trident area and you will feel his passion when you meet him. By that, Matt believes in coaching homebuyers how to negotiate a better price, coaching home sellers on how to sell their homes faster and for way more money than any other way and additionally believes in coaching other real estate professionals in their growth as well.

Previously, while Matt attended college at Eastern Kentucky University, he played college football, and was elected Social Chair for his fraternity, Lambda Chi Alpha, all the while graduating with a bachelor's degree in Sociology. Matthew has spent his recent time being a consultant for lottery winners across the U.S. and whiling helping those fortunate lottery winners, he developed a great passion for real estate and the real estate market both on a macro and local level. Matt's professional dream is to "Set the gold standard in real estate", hence the name Carolina Gold Properties ;)

Matt first joined his mom Kathy Miller at Keller Williams Charleston - Mt Pleasant to build a superior real estate team. But has since reached further heights by joining a cutting edge real estate company called Fathom, a Fortune 500 fastest growing company for the last four years.
