HOW TO APPLY/PRIOR TO SHOWING APPROVAL

Please click on the DOCUMENTS tab on this site. There you will find the application, the tenant selection criteria and the list of landlord services.  Please complete the application and sign the tenant selection form and return both to me at [email protected]

There is no charge to submit the application.  Once your application is reviewed, I will contact you regarding a viewing appointment.  If there are multiple people 18 years or older that will be living in the home, each of those individuals must submit a completed application and a signed, tenant selection form.

All applicants will need to provide proof of income as well in the form of the last two paystubs.  Total household income to qualify for the home is 3 times the monthly rent.

The last step in the approval process is a credit, eviction and criminal background check. Each tenant 18 years or older, is required to submit the results of these background checks as part of the approval process. Each tenant will be provided a link to the service provider and will pay that provider $40 directly to complete these checks.  THIS IS THE ONLY FEE.

Applicants that DO NOT meet the tenant selection criteria or income requirements, will NOT be asked to complete the background checks.
