Brian was born in Akron, Ohio and first moved to Sanibel in 1985. He moved back to Akron to finish his education. In 1992, while attending the University of Akron, Brian was licensed as a Real Estate Professional. It was soon after that, he decided this is what he truly enjoyed. In 1993, he moved back to Sanibel and soon after had a son, Tyler. With a new family, Brian decided that he would like to spend more time raising his son. He got into the restaurant business, as well as a few other business ventures. Over the next decade, Brian truly took joy in spending time with Tyler and coaching virtually every sport Tyler participated in. When Tyler was 5 and was entering grade-school, Brian realized this was the perfect time to get back into real estate. In 1998, Brian became a Licensed Real Estate Professional in the State of Florida, and has since been enjoying meeting new clients from all over the world.
