About Patty Swan

My family relocated to Charlotte in 2005 from Connecticut  Prior to moving, I was a partner in a prominent Connecticut law firm. Early in my career I conducted residential real estate closings, litigated real estate transaction controversies and drafted real estate contracts. My deep knowledge of real estate law and the strong negotiation and organizational skills I developed from litigating provided an ideal background for my transition to being a real estate broker.  The most satisfying part of my years of being an attorney was helping my clients resolve their issues and reach their objectives. I worked hard to provide them unmatched client service and protect their interests and will do the same for my sellers and buyers. I am committed to providing outstanding service with the highest level of integrity. I have been working as a real estate agent since 2011. I welcome the challenges my new profession has brought and look forward to forming new partnerships as I help my clients achieve their real estate goals.
