About Corey Lamothe

Corey was born in Vail and grew up on the Front Range in Highlands Ranch. She attended Colorado State University and earned her degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. After college Corey moved back to Vail for a “season” like many people do and has been here ever since. Over the years Corey has worked in many different aspects of the real estate including luxury real estate, property management, sales and marketing of new developments and more.

From working with first-time home buyers at entry level prices to second home owners and investors to buy and sell high end luxury properties, Corey prides herself in excellent interpersonal skills and her ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients and colleagues. She values hard work and creativity and sees herself as a creative problems solver with the willingness to try unconventional methods and take measured risks.

Corey’s passion for real estate comes from her many years in the customer service industry in the Vail Valley Today Corey is dedicated to providing exceptional service to both buyers and sellers. She specializes in luxury homes and properties from East Vail to Edwards and has sales experience in all areas of Eagle County. Corey takes pride in truly getting to know her clients on a personal level which allows her to find the right solutions for her clients needs. Corey is well respected among her clients and peers for her dedication, experience and professionalism within the real estate community.

Outside of real estate Corey sends her time skiing, biking, hiking, paying tennis and enjoying the outdoors. She spends her vacations in exotic parts of the world and loves the adventure of traveling and backpacking. Corey also dedicates her time to many local charities including Habitat for Humanity, The Suicide Prevention Coalition of Eagle County, The Dumb Friends League and more. And, if that wasn’t enough, Corey also works part time for Eagle County Health Services District as an EMT on the ambulance.
