Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2018 in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.


Kathy and Rachel helped us buy our dream house and sell our existing house (new one was contingent on selling existing one) it was a delicate and complicated dance but they did it! There were a lot of negotiations involved in buying the new property over many months. Their experience, local  knowledge and relationships made a world of difference in a deal that could have been dead if not handled carefully and strategically. When everything was said and done they even delivered us a number of disks with all the paperwork and information from our transactions (just used those for tax season, thank you!) as well as provided local resources and contacts.
