Welcome to Kyra on the Belize

This 3.5 Acre, mini-Coconut plantation, (approximately 300 Coconut trees) is located on the Western Highway with frontage on the Belize River in the area of Ontario in the Cayo District of Belize. Municipal water is on the property with electricity on the edge of the property and available for hook up.

Seven to ten thousand coconuts are produced each year and are sold for water to local processing plants.

The property is fenced. A custom six foot high rock wall runs the entire length of the property along the Western Highway which provides beauty and privacy.

The frontage along the Belize River is high. The river is shallow so you can wade or walk most times of the year, unlike many areas of the Belize River where the river is deep and swift. A small island separates the river into a far side deep and swift  section and the section in front of the property which ranges one to two feet deep and can be waded. You could launch a boat or canoe from the property and go all the way to the Caribbean Sea (fifty or sixty miles distant)
