I have been successfully involved in most aspects of the Real Estate business for over 27 years. My experience in residential property management, commercial leasing and management exposed me to the importance and value in holding my clients needs, above my own. This early success in management of large, income producing assets provides a basis for how I approach the sale of housing. Since the early 90's, our specialty has been residential sales of houses, condos, townhomes and small multi-family buildings. Our team consists of brokers, who specialize either working with sellers to prepare, stage and negotiate the best sale terms, and also representing buyer's coming to terms with the purchase process, competition for properties from other buyers and negotiating the right purchase. I have become an expert at evaluating, pricing, marketing and determining the “trends” of the market which allow for accurate counsel to my clients.
