About Vanessa J. Chamizo

My name is Vanessa J. Chamizo and I am a local, full-time, bilingual Realtor in the beautiful Florida Keys. I was born in Central America, raised in Miami and prior to my move, had visited the Keys every chance I got. I now get to enjoy it all year ’round. I live in Islamorada with my husband Eddy, our dog Monty and whichever foster dog we have at the time. We (including the dog) enjoy boating, fishing and the relaxed lifestyle the Keys has to offer. 

I am a graduate of Lourdes Academy and have a Sociology and Anthropology degree from Florida International University. I sit on the Board of Directors of a local pet rescue organization, www.MarrVelousPetRescues.org, and love to help animals of all kinds find loving forever homes. Prior to real estate I enjoyed a career in Human Resources.
