About Scott Seibel

Scott Seibel grew up in Marin County and attended high school at Marin Catholic and Novato High. He received his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Sonoma State University in 1993. After ten years of sales and marketing experience in the IT and telecommunications industries, he began his real estate career at Coldwell Banker in January 2003. In 2004 and 2005, Scott achieved the rank of Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle putting him in the top 7% of over 126,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. In 2006, Scott got his broker’s license and started Realty World Baywide Properties. As a new business owner, Scott continued to excel closing $10+ million in real estate sales and averages 40+ closed transactions per year earning him the Realty World President’s Club Award the last several years.

Scott recently founded “BAYWIDE REALTY” and he hopes to continue to serve past, present, and new clients with the best possible service for years to come.

Besides servicing his clients, Scott is also a Real Estate Investor and personally owns several single family homes, multi unit dwellings, vacation homes, and enjoys “flipping” homes. His knowledge of real estate investing will be helpful to the first time buyer as well as the seasoned investor.

Scott spends his spare time in Hawaii, Mexico, and travelling the world.
