After Coldwell Banker Curtis Irving Realty, Inc closed in November of 2007 ( where Kathie had hung her license for over 22 years), Kathie decided to open her own company! Kathie’s list of accomplishments are many! In addition to being a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), she also holds her GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), and ABR designation (Accredited Buyer’s Representative). Kathie is also a Certified Relocation Specialist and a Certified Luxury Homes Specialist through Coldwell Banker University, a several year running member of Coldwell Banker's Presidential Elite Club, and an annual Multi-Million Dollar Producer! She has been a member of the Million Dollar Club of Eugene since 1987 and her sales have risen each year she has been in business!
