About David Ayres

Love of the Real Estate industry is what I found 28 years ago when I first joined the Northern Virginia Board of Realtor s. I was born in Washington D. C. and grew up in McLean, Virginia. I was able to be part of the incredible transformation of our Nation's Capital Real Estate Market. Next, I spent two years on Amelia Island, Florida selling resort Real Estate and then spent the next 8 years on fabulous Cape Cod. My parents retired to Las Vegas 30 years ago and we would come to visit to check up on them. My family and I fell in love with Las Vegas and so we relocated to Vegas 16 years ago. We are so blessed to still have my both my parents and Dad turned 100 on June 26th of this year. It has been an honor and a pleasure working with Sellers and Buyers across the length and breadth of this incredible Las Vegas Valley. So much of my business comes from past clients, and their friends and family. I look forward to helping you and your loved ones in the future.
