About Marta Howell

Marta loves Real Estate and strives always to know how to best serve her clients.  She has been licensed since 2003 and worked in the industry a few years prior.  As an agent and mentor who is an expert in the North Texas area, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate. 

Marta Howell with Fathom Realty has been awarded the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS^sm) designation, the premier seller agency designation in the country.  The SRS is conferred by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) and is an official credential of the National Association of REALTORS^®.  Marta Howell joins an elite group of real estate professionals in North America who have earned the SRS^sm designation.  All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in seller representation, pass a comprehensive exam and subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

Serving is her passion and Real Estate is her passion.  Working with people from all walks of life and with very different circumstances, she enjoys the diversity and appreciates the knowledge and experience attained from each one.
