About Anne Anderson

Don & Anne Anderson started in Real Estate sales in 1987. They have developed affordable housing & subdivision sales of new construction of single family homes. Their largest development was a 72 unit apartment complex, which they completed in 1997 and still own. Don began appraisal work in 1993 and remains focused in providing quality appraisals for large banks and mortgage companies. Don is the broker of Lakeshore Realty.

Anne continues in sales and leasing, as well as, helping to oversee Lakeshore Realty & many talented REALTORS®. She has a list of clients that includes purchasers in the Black Rock Development, Large Developers and Investors with varied backgrounds. Her client list remains private to protect her client's privacy. Anne is the 2004 Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors President and is a past president of the Inland Northwest CCIM chapter. Lakeshore Realty is the only Coeur d'Alene member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate (www.luxuryrealestate.com).
