About Nicole Winsauer

A born native, Nicole just can’t get away from the wonderful Colorado lifestyle. She always had big dreams of moving to any and every big city out there. What she discovered as she grew older was that she had everything and more right here in Denver. She has a love and passion for cities and the character and vibe each one has. Denver is especially exciting right now. We are seeing our very own city grow and evolve into a vibrant metropolitan area. The development and rebirth of our downtown Denver is very exciting to watch!

It is the combination of her passion for urban development and love for servicing her clients and community that makes real estate the perfect career for Nicole. “I love helping people through the adventure of exploring homes and neighborhoods. I love when they find their perfect home working hand in hand with them to purchase that home. The home is the most intimate purchase one will every make. I am blessed to be able to aid people in that purchase.” Nicole’s goal is not to just sell people a home. The goal is to get to know each client and become a lifelong Realtor and friend to them.
