.I am a Broker associate who has won numerous awards .I work mostly the Burlington and Camden County area.I am extremely familiare with Maple Shade where I live myself and those bordering townships of Moorestown, Mount Laurel, Cherry Hill, Cinnaminson and Pennsauken. I not only sell Real Estate I own Real Estate and believe that although there may be stressing times in the market, such as now, that there is no better financial vehical to create wealth in the long term than Real Estate. This present slide in the market is more of an opportunity for those who see. This pause won’t last that long.

About My Approach:

Jerry Donahue is one of those individuals who has always had the unique ability to see great results befor they happen. More importantly, he doesn’t just see results he devops a plan to reach them. In fact as a master at the game of pool, Jerry earned a reputation for it.He not only focused on the shot he was taking, he’d set up every succesive shot until the table was clear. His talent and intuition was so adept that during one exibition game, he methodically sunk 86 consecutive balls in the span of an hour and half.This was his personal best and nearly 3 times his  normal average.

A Methodical Mind   While it’s true Jerry has hung up his pool cue, his mind continues to work in the same methodical manner it always has. During his many years as an expert machinest, he created prototyps for the electronics,aviation and manufacturing industries. His designs worked well because he first envisioned the finished product, and then imagined how it would function. Simply put he established the big picture and then zeroed in on all the details to bring the project to fruition.
