Deanne started in the mortgage industry in 1989 and has had extensive experience in most aspects of real estate lending.  She has had a lot of retail positions with direct lenders such as a Loan Processor, Doc Drawer, Prowriter (DU/LP Underwriter), Originator and Branch Manager.  On top of that, she has also been a wholesale Account Executive.  Deanne’s first job was with well known builder of residential and commercial properties, Stoneson Development Corp.  In fact, the company itself was founded by her great-grandfather, Henry Stoneson.  Through this experience she learned a lot about building and selling homes so the transition to lending seemed only natural.  Much of that knowledge is still with her today.
