Joseph Chav comes from a real estate family who own and manage multi-family properties in San Francisco, the SF Peninsula and Hong Kong and has been a leading Realtor since he began his official real estate career providing loans and representing Buyers and Sellers in divers markets including new homes, resale homes and investment properties.  Joseph has established a leading team of professionals,  which includes not only his own staff but the support of Coldwell Banker’s most successful Lakeside Branch,  who provide the highest quality services to customers based on a long family tradition of service.  You can count on Joseph and his team to muster the resources to help you solve every issue that arises in even the most complex real estate transactions.

Joseph grew up in San Francisco and knows the various lifestyle opportunities from personal experience in a number of San Francisco’s most desirable neighborhood communities.  As a graduate of local elementary and high schools as well as Santa Clara University’s Business Department, Joseph has connections to help Buyers and Sellers through the most difficult transitions throughout the SF Bay Area.

Joseph's involvement in the local community does not stop at the level of the business transaction.  He is a leader in community involvement through membership and participation in Bay Area Volunteer Heroes, where he serves the homeless at the SF Homeless Shelters, leads fund raising campaigns for the Breast Cancer Foundation, champions work and fund raising as team captain for Coldwell Banker’s Lakeside Branch Habitat for Humanity efforts and as a leader involved in several aspects of the San Francisco Association of Realtors.
