The Denver Native, Almost Extinct?????
Not Quite.
Growing up in Denver has given me a broad knowledge of the city and its neighborhoods. Living and playing in the city’s oldest parks and gardens has given me a fondness and pride for Denver. I am a sixth generation Denver native and my family has loved and lived in this city for over one hundred years. In fact, several houses are still standing where relatives of mine lived as early as 1860 (yes, before Colorado was granted Statehood). I know and love the history, the people, the homes and the neighborhoods! I am also active as a member of both the Washington Park based Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado and as a firm supporter of neighborhood rights and historic preservation.

Experience
I joined the team at Leonard Leonard in 1998, first as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager for Broker/Owner Sonja Leonard Leonard and stayed, using that experience to make a seamless transition into a full-time Broker Associate. Working as an assistant gave me an incredible advantage over other new Brokers because I began with extensive knowledge of the Real Esate business. Managing an active office like Leonard Leonard made me very proficient in problem solving and in dealing with multiple complex situations. I know what goes on behind the scenes and I make sure that all the steps get done!

Leonard Leonard & Associates…
Our office is a two story Victorian, located at 4th and Downing in the Denver Country Club neighborhood. It is filled with an incredibly talented and thriving team of Brokers, art, food, laughter and a beautiful patio and gardens. This enhances my enjoyment of my job-and I find my clients feel very relaxed while making important life and financial decisions in such comfortable surroundings. I am proud to say that most of my current clients are referrals from present and past clients.

Buyers & Sellers
I thrive on connecting people with their dream homes! There is such great pleasure in helping Sellers & Buyers meet all their needs and as many “wants” as possible. All of my listings are entered into the Denver Multiple Listing Service, Realtor.com and REColorado.com where they are seen by both the public and other Realtors. I also assist many Sellers with staging their homes to make them sell more quickly and for more money. When working with Buyers, I really listen to their needs and find them the ideal house and neighborhood. My most important ability is my fantastic NEGOTIATION skills. You’ll find in working with me that I’m helpful & amiable, but in negotiations I’m smart & aggressive. In other words, I have a broad skill set that benefits you every step of the way through the process. Once a Buyer finds the perfect home or a Seller has a Buyer in hand, no one will work harder to negotiate and secure the deal for you.
