About Tony Kelly

Meet the Team
Tony Kelly, MBA, Principal Broker, is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science. He is a former Fortune 500 high tech industry executive with vast experience in successfully managing international sales and marketing organizations. Tony has an MBA in Marketing and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Young Entrepreneurs Business Week (YEBW), a nonprofit organization building the next generation of business leaders.  Tony is also co-owner and co-founder of Keller Williams Realty Portland Premiere, helping grow the office from four agents to 125 agents.



Libby Kelly, M.Ed., Broker, is a second generation Realtor, and has been involved in the business since she was a teen. She has a Master Degree in Education and Bachelor Degree in Biology. Libby was instrumental in growing the Keller Williams Portland Premiere (which she and Tony are co-owners) from four agents to 120 agents.  While still providing operational support for The TLK Group Properties, Libby works as a Special Education teacher and Behavior Specialist at Beaverton's Cascade Academy. She also serves on the Lake Oswego track team booster club.






Sarah Ruffner, Broker, AHWD, is the Tony and Libby Kelly Group's Lead Buyer's Agent. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree from Portland State University (at 18 years old), Sarah worked as a sound engineer and record producer, where she had an opportunity to work with legendary producer Joe Chicarelli, The Shins, Steve Malkmus and the Jicks, Wilco, Death Cab for Cutie, and Kutless. Through that experience she learned that her true passion was in helping people achieve their goals. It doesn’t matter if that goal was to get signed to a record label, win a Grammy, or buy their dream home. It takes an enormous amount of energy, commitment and drive to find your dream home, but Sarah is committed to making the process as easy, hassle free and seamless as possible. Her tireless devotion to helping her buyers has earned her the prestigious Diamond-Platinum Masters Circle designation from the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors and a Mega Agent award for Keller Williams Realty. Sarah finished as the #1 Top Selling Buyer's Agent in Oregon for 2012!

Wendy Rust, Operations Manager, is a native Oregonian whose biggest move has been from the east side to the west side of the Portland Metro Area. That does not include her years at the University of Oregon in Eugene where she earned two Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Sociology and a Business Administration minor. Her attention to detail, customer service, and ability to multi-task is crucial to our team's success and track record for exceptional customer satisfaction feedback.







Mariel Fenn, Broker - Mariel’s roots in local real estate go back four generations -- to the small real estate company, E.H. Boly and Son Realty.  Mariel has first hand knowledge of every corner of the greater Portland metropolitan area, having lived here her entire life.  Mariel leverages her knowledge of the unique characters of the various Portland metro neighborhoods to help match her clients with their dream homes, in their dream neighborhood.  She graduated with honors from Washington State University with a major in psychology.  When she isn't finding her clients their perfect home, she enjoys giving back to the community as a SMART reading volunteer.  Mariel’s husband is an Iraq war vet, therefore she is knowledgeable about military benefits and enjoys working with veterans.
