Brian Bellairs and Matt Gorman have a simple business objective: to provide their West Portland real estate clients with the best possible service. Brian and Matt have approximately 27 years of combined real estate experience and have been among the Portland metropolitan area’s top-selling real estate teams for over a decade; but it is their focus, philosophy and expertise that set them apart.

The Portland real estate market, in reality, is comprised of many unique real estate markets. Just like a Realtor could not specialize in marketing the entire United States, Brian and Matt believe that true expertise requires detailed focus on a limited number of specific markets within the Portland area. To that end, they are acknowledged West Portland real estate specialists, closing over 1,000 transactions in West Portland. Brian and Matt have also closed nearly 15 times more transactions in the Murrayhill area than the next leading Realtor over the past 13 years.

Brian and Matt are brothers-in-law and members of a large, wonderful extended family that is of paramount importance to them. They strive to provide the most value possible to real estate clients through their in-depth knowledge of their market and their unwavering belief that the manner in which you do business is more important than the amount of business you do.

Brian Bellairs

Brian has 17 years of residential real estate experience in the Portland metro area, focusing particularly on Murrayhill, Beaverton and Tigard real estate. Previously, Brian had a marketing career with PepsiCo and Wendy’s International. His last position was Western Division Marketing Director for Pizza Hut, Inc. wherein he spearheaded the marketing for 1,500 Pizza Hut restaurants. Brian received his master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas-Arlington. He is a principal broker and member of Portland’s Mastermind Group, which is comprised of the top-selling brokers in the metro area. Brian lives in the Murrayhill area with his wife, Kathy, and his three children, Hannah, Brendan and Colin.

Matt Gorman

Matt is a life-long resident of Portland having grown up in the Raleigh Hills area. He graduated from the University of Portland in 1993 with a degree in Business Marketing. Matt has 10 years of residential real estate experience and is currently a principal broker specializing in West Portland real estate. He is well versed in negotiations and the real estate transaction process, closing more than 800 transactions for the team. In addition to real estate, Matt was a high school basketball coach for 13 years. He lives in Beaverton with his wife, Kristin, and his two sons, Jacob and Nicholas.

Lynn Anderson

Lynn is the licensed Buyer’s Agent for the team, specializing in the Greater Portland area. Lynn joined the team in 2003 after a rewarding career in teaching and school district administration. She has extensive knowledge when it comes to schools and communities, and provides expert guidance to buyers. Lynn and her husband, Dave, live in Lake Oswego.

Tanya Tulloch

Tanya is a licensed broker and the marketing coordinator for the team. She came to us from the Girl Scouts where she was a Senior Membership Program Manager. Tanya’s primary responsibilities involve listing management and marketing.

Don Bellairs

Don is a licensed broker and has been a valuable member of the team since 1995. Don provides a key role in marketing support for the team. “He is one of the best Realtors I have ever seen in an open house situation” says his son, Brian. Don had a distinguished career as the owner and broker of a successful real estate brokerage in Kentucky.
