As your Sellers Agent – Pricing your home is the most important step in selling it, I will provide you with comparables of the most recent homes sold in your area, evaluate and consider upgrades, views, repairs and others into determining pricing. I will prepare an estimated upfront “net sheet” giving you your net estimate of costs. I will market your property with lots of exposure through the MLS, do open houses, input your home in social media like You Tube and others, I’ll print color flyers and marketing materials.
