The team you & I need in order to get to the closing table may include a loan officer, home inspector, surveyor, handyman, plumber, attorney and others. You may already know someone you would like to use. If not, I can provide a number of qualified professionals for your consideration. 

Along the way, I will be by your side as decisions need to be made. Most agents can get you to the closing table. I will get you there educated about the home buying/selling process & the contractual documents. My goal is making sure you get through your transaction with a minimal amount of stress.
