1. Mother of a twelve year old (Grace) and two eleven year olds (Marcus and Ava.)  Yes, that translates to three kids under the age of two for a brief period of my life that I no longer remember.  2.  Local spin instructor and avid cyclist.  3.  Oldest of fine in a large, Oregon-bred Italian Family.  Currently there are twelve kids in the youngest generation that are under the age of twelve.  Our family get-togethers are CHAOTIC.  4.  Former soccer player who still loves the game but no longer plays.  I am content these days watching them play classic soccer here in Lake Oswego, and cheering on the Timbers and Thorns.  5.  Even with lottery winnings, I wouldn’t move.  You can’t “buy” good neighbors and mine are the best.  6.  Reality Television Junkie.  7.  Poker Protege’ (who has a love/hate relationship with the game.)  8.  Wife of a former runner who now races Cyclocross (please ask if you don’t anything about this relatively new biking craze that has a huge NW following.)  9.  An Arizona Wildcat Alumni- which means that I am impartial to your Beaver or Duck allegiance.  (Which translates to no conflict of interest!)  10.  An “Oregon Girl” at heart, even though the rain come February starts to drive me crazy.
Why Would I Want Her To Be My Realtor?

I hate to move.  Sounds a bit crazy for a smart, energetic, and hard working real estate agent to utter those words, but it’s true.  I think that buying and/or selling a home has the potential to be one of the most stressful, frustrating, and difficult tasks that any person willingly takes on in their lifetime.  THAT’S where I come in.  My last (and hopefully final!) move involved a real estate agent that raised the bar as far as what the experience can be for people- in a positive way.  The expertise, listening skills, know how, and tenacity of my realtor made the experience better than I imagined it could be.  Those things that are important to you in your relocation or move?  They are important to me too.  Knowledge of the area school districts, the “feel” of each suburb and the pros and cons to living in them, commute times, life style…  these are the things that I think about for my family, and I am guessing you do too.  I am the broker to give you the quality and experience that you deserve to make the buying or selling process a positive one.  Once the formalities are out of the way, you can get on with the fun things in life- such as making that house you find a home, or, or being able to sell the home your in so as to be able to take on that next big adventure.  Please don’t hesitate to call me if you are looking for someone who sees the role of real estate agent as something more than a simple paper transaction.  I look forward to showing you the positive experience that buying or selling a house CAN be!
