History~
A southern California resident originally, my work focused on supporting families as a Teacher and School Principal. Opening a new school, participating in the construction design phase, set the seeds for my interest in all aspects of home construction.  I transitioned to school district Superintendent level roles.  Negotiations and facilitating contract agreements were core functions in my administrative positions. A process for achieving consensus between parties is my automatic path in Buyer-Seller home transitions.   
 
Accomplishments~
I am a Distinguished Alumna, selected by the California State Polytechnic University, Education Center, where I completed a Masters Degree.  A University of Southern California Alumni, I achieved a doctoral degree, with a focus study of the change process and the most effective interaction styles for individual and group benefit.  Presently, it is my pleasure to serve as a member of the Belmont-Redwood Shores Elementary School District Bond Oversight Committee, supporting the implementation of redesigned school site facilities, now in the final phase of completion!
