About Charlotte Mason Perez

Charlotte is an entrepreneur at heart. It started at the age of six when she sold homemade greeting cards to neighbors and “circus” tickets to her backyard show. It has progressed from babysitting and selling lemonade to owning a restaurant. Now Charlotte is excited to be working with her passion: real estate. Charlotte’s love for real estate started when she was 20 and purchased her first home to flip. She has lived in Rocklin, Sacramento, Granite Bay, Serrano in El Dorado Hills, Gold River and Fair Oaks. Living in so many suburbs and raising her children locally has provided Charlotte with an immense knowledge of the greater Sacramento area. Charlotte is passionate about the areas she lives and works in. She volunteers in the neighborhood and at her children’s school, always chooses paper over plastic, carpools when she can and shops locally. Coming from a family with four children (she was 3rd out of 4), Charlotte was a born negotiator. She had to fight for what she wanted, especially with two brothers! Running a restaurant has taught her how to work efficiently and effectively, and she carries these traits with her to the real estate industry. Charlotte works hard to get you the best deal possible while maintaining a win-win situation for both parties.
