A native of Germany, Peter Buehrle came to America in 1967. Settling in the Southwest, Peter attended C.S. University where he majored in marketing.

In October of 1988, Peter completed his educational requirements for the Real Estate license and associated with a leading San Diego brokerage. Since that time, his broad business background has enabled him to successfully market over 183 Million Dollars in Residential and Commercial Real Estate.

 

Since associating with the Prudential California Realty in 1992, he has been a consistent Top Producer, earning such awards as the prestigious top recognition, the Chairman's Circle Award, each year. In 1999, Peter was in the Top 25 out of 1300 agents. His association with Keller-Williams Realty is guaranteeing his clients even better service. Working out of the Carlsbad / La Costa office location, Peter is in the heart of the coastal North County area of San Diego and is most able to provide knowledge, service & integrity to the clients he serves.

 

Peter currently resides in the lovely Carlsbad / La Costa area with his wonderful family.  Here are some photos of Peter B, his beautiful wife Judy, and his insatiable teen-age son Houston. He is liked within his own trade as the person to ask. He is proud of the fact that in 22 years of high level activity, he has never seen the inside of a courtroom. When he is not busy helping friends and clients in and out of San Diego, you might spot him at the La Costa Golf Course where he is practicing the fine art of not playing well.
