Shelly has always had an interest in the psychology of sales and marketing which led her to graduating in the top 5% of her class with a BSc (Honors) in Psychology from the University of Northumbria in the United Kingdom in 1997. With one of the most prestigious educations available in the UK, Shelly moved to the Balearic Isles to begin her client facing career, starting in the hotel industry.
