About Stephen Knapp

Hello! I'm Stephen Knapp, a real estate specialist based in Sacramento, CA.
My passion for real estate began eight years ago when I purchased my first home—initially as a place to live, and later as a rental. That experience sparked a deep interest in the housing market and revealed a natural talent for connecting people with the right homes. I soon began helping other multifamily property owners lease and reposition apartment buildings, successfully filling several hundred housing units along the way.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping clients find not just their next home or investment, but the right fit for their lifestyle, goals, and future.

Before transitioning into real estate, I worked in the entertainment industry, supporting filmmakers in bringing stories to life through film and television. That love for storytelling remains at the heart of my work today—I’m always eager to hear my clients’ stories and help them write their next chapter.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy playing basketball, cycling, and exploring trails with my wife and daughter.
