Sandy first worked in Real Estate on the corporate side developing and expanding business units into new markets through strategic Commercial Real Estate leasing and acquisition. Sandy has a passion for personal development and believes in a Servant Leadership model. He has trained, mentored, and developed hundreds of team members and leaders across multiple industries.

Sandy has been actively involved in the Texas Real Estate Market since 2016 and is a District Director and Broker Associate with Fathom Realty.
