About Kathleen Olson

Kathleen is the broker-owner of Olson Realty, a company established over 50 years ago. She specializes in residential resale, but also has experience in property development. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science degree and teaching credential from UC Davis. She has earned the GRI and CRS professional designations, and has served 2 terms on the Board of Directors of her local Association of Realtors. Community involvement includes serving on the Design Review Commission for the City of Benicia, 3 terms as president of Arts Benicia, and 2 terms on the St. Dominic’s School Board. As a 4th generation Benician, she enjoys the fun and challenge of acquainting people with her home town, and assisting them in their Real Estate decision making.
