About Susana Pinedo

Susie Pinedo is a full time professional real estate agent with Fathom Realty Group, Inc. and has been in the real estate industry for 4 years.

Susie is born and raised in Southern California and from the first time you meet Susie, you will feel at ease with her professional and personable working style and content in her ability to represent your best interest throughout the real estate transaction.  

She continually upgrades her education and knowledge. Being a 4th generation business owner, Susie learned from a very young age what it was to have a strong work ethic, high morals, and core values.

After graduating high school, Susie had her sights towards becoming a nurse. After receiving her associates degree in nursing from Cypress College, she concurrently received a certificate in phlebotomy and X-ray tech. After working a few years Susie and her husband Rob started a family and came to the decision that she needed to change careers that would allow her to be home with their children. From that decision she received a certificate in graphic design and started her own company, Eastvale Banners & Design. Susie still owns Eastvale Banners & Design but now it is run by her adult children so that she can pursue her dream career in real estate.

Susie has been the top producing “New” agent in the company and plans on keeping the title even though the “New” has worn out .

In her free time, Susie loves to spend time with her family and traveling as well as mentoring foster youth and college kids in life and in education.
