About Ryan Hess

After a lifetime of being in and around the Navy and therefore on the move every few years, my family and I decided to put down roots here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I was born a Navy brat and grew up following my Navy pilot father and his Naval career to all parts of the U.S. and abroad, then commissioned and served on Active Duty as a Naval Flight Officer for ten years myself – completing two deployments, and later became a stay-at-home Dad for three years to our three very busy children while my wife was a Navy Nurse. While being a stay-at-home Dad and in between the kid’s naps, I found and developed my passion for real estate in managing rental properties, house-flipping, and real estate brokerage. After moving to Washington State a few years ago, this place has truly felt like home and it is my goal to help others find the same. When you work with me, I guarantee that I will do my very best in helping you realize your real estate goals and promise transparency and honesty when you allow me to be part of the process of such a big life decision as finding your home.
