As an Idaho native I can’t imagine raising my family anywhere else.  I enjoy spending time outdoors, fishing, watching my son play lacrosse, shopping with my girls & traveling with my husband.  I started working in the real estate industry 15+ years ago and can’t imagine doing anything else. I Love this career!  My business is based on more than 90% referrals from satisfied clients. I believe in providing excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. I have sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes and retirement homes to condos and townhomes, ranch/farm properties, and investment properties. Clients appreciate my flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, knowledge, and ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiation and analytic skills, and my ability to accurately price and market a home.   I believe the home buying and selling experience should not end at the closing table.
