About Gina Swenson-Navarro

Excited to join Fathom as my Colorado Brokerage! I got my start in real estate as an agent in Southern California, back in 2006, my timing was impeccable! I was also starting a family then as well, as a mother of 6, life was busy. So fast forward to now, we have been living our Best Colorado Life for the past 5 years. We love it here; we love the mountains, the lakes, the snow (sometimes), the beautiful weather and all of the sunny days Denver has to offer. We really love where we live, on the very west side of Littleton with the foothills as our backdrop. With all of the kids active, we have nicely melted into our community. There is so much to do and so many wonderful, organized activities. We are a family of sports, outdoor activities, travel, culture and community. My enthusiasm for real estate seems like a perfect way to give back. Fathom encourages their agents to be involved within their communities. I have enjoyed many volunteer experiences, however, I am most involved with CASA as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in Jefferson and Gilpin counties. As an experienced Realtor, I am a huge advocate for first time home buyers as well as a seasoned listing agent. My passion in real estate is helping out with my expertise in those "sticky" real estate situations. Having been in the business through the recession of 2008, I am well equipped to help those with unique circumstances. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert, (CDPE).
